They’re basically just using it for the ask feature, but it’s still pretty awesome that Trent is on tumblr.  Does this mean I should stop sounding so obsessive? … awkward.

How to Destroy Angels- The Space in Between

So for the past week I’ve had Pitchfork open in a tab for the sole purpose of watching Trent Reznor’s new video with his new band How to Destroy Angels (over and over again).  As sad as I am about the end of Nine Inch Nails, at least I can listen to this.  However, instead of getting to hear Trent’s beautiful voice,  the singing is done by the girl formerly of West Indian Girl… aka his wife.  

I’m coming to terms with the whole “Trent Reznor is married” thing.  There’s still that industrial sound, and you can even imagine how the song would sound were it Trent singing.  But it works with Mariqueen doing the vocals, and for the most part… I think I’ll like it.  Plus I can’t hate on the fact that he married a hot azn (specifically Filipino, oh hey look at that).

They’re releasing a FREE digital EP tomorrow (by tomorrow I meant June 1st, the calendar confuses me)… which you can pre-order today and get an instant download of “The Believers”.  As for how well the rest of the project will fare (apart from these two songs), I’ll see if I fully believe in it when I hear it tomorrow.

I’ve been breaking some epic news to all my best guy friends/my social scene… no-i’m not engaged, but it’s the equivalent of Trent Reznor getting engaged, in the Bianca world.  I almost want to create a new blog where I compile all their reactions.

I went from the Bob Dylan mantra of “I’m more the adventurous type, than the relationship type.” to… well… i don’t need to say it.

Ok that’s all.  Now back to the regularly scheduled posting about bands, pictures of myself, parties, dresses, and badass jewelry.

Nine Inch Nails- Wish Live with Dillinger Escape Plan

My reaction watching this video: “Oh my god it’s Bill!! Oh my god it’s Bill!!”

I haven’t seen Bill since his days in The Rivalry  (In a time a like to call the Cosgrove era, which was basically hangs with Mike Cosgrove and his “boys” The Urgency, The Rivalry, and Kidnapkin).  He’s now apparently playing drums with Dillinger Escape Plan and got to play with Nine Inch Nails in this video.  Ummm… we all know my crazy obsession over Trent Reznor and NIN.  

Not only do I LOVE THIS SONG…This video is AMAZING and I’m super excited for Bill. OMFG. This definitely goes on the “most impressive things I’ve seen friends do” list.
