The Dissociatives- Forever and a Day

I have an intense crush on Daniel Johns.  Yes of course… Daniel Johns of Silverchair fame and Natalie Imbruglia’s husband.

Not too many people know about this project he did with keyboardist Paul Mac, so I was a bit surprised when JPants brought them up the other night.  Yay for Dissociatives fans.

In my mind, Daniel Johns is the australian rockstar to David Beckham’s british jock (also in the sense that they are both much hotter when they don’t speak… is that mean? meh they will never read this. at any rate I LOVE THEM BOTH).  On a fashion note- Johns gets kudos for rocking the aviators with ONE LENS in this video.  Crazy, but I think it works for him.

Check out their myspace (which is still up despite their hiatus…since Silverchair was brought back). Horror with Eyeballs is one of my faves, and so is Thinking in Reverse.  Actually… it’s all good.  Just check it… if not only for the fact that they list themselves as such:
