I came across my old StyleDiary that I kept in 2005.  It made me think about the style evolutions that I have gone through.  Prior to that style diary I was extremely girly- all skirts and dress and mainly wore lots of pink and lace.

In this diary I can see the beginning of the evolution.  I was mainly in London at the time (and was still in fashion school) which started pushing a little more edge in my style.  These days I find myself with my “uniform” of leggings/tights, denim shorts, and boots. I’m still pretty girly, but it’s hard to pull off in the winter months.  Plus I do love rocking the menswear inspired clothing, often borrowing pieces from my guy friends’ wardrobes and putting that bianca twist on them.

I can’t wait for spring so I can bring the dresses back into my wardrobe, filtered in with my american apparel onesies and such.    I do miss the whimsical feel of chiffon skirts and dresses… eyelet, florals, lace and the like.
