Last Night: The Urgency and Lights Resolve at Blender Theater 11/24 1) Happy birthday to Tyler Gurwicz of The Urgency 2) The show last night pretty amazing.  J finally made it out to see them play, and he thought that they killed it- which means a lot to me because J is kind of a music snob (with his talks of touring and such).  Loved Tyler’s voice and when Ryan and Kevin sang backup.  In a slew of 16 year old girls (bah… it’s their fanbase) I think I still may have been dancing the hardest.  Apparently this girl turned around and glared at me- it was kind of comedy. At any rate ran into a lot of people, inlcluding Theo who apparently is now one of the biggest Recover fans since I ran into him at the Knitting Factory during CMJ when Recover played.   Keith and Bill from The Rivarly also came out. There were talks of going out and partying… but as they finished loading their gear and the rain hadn’t let up… slowly everyone began to fade and we all made our ways to separate destinations.  Next time though… next time…
