Harley Viera Newton- new face of DKNY. Funny.  She dj’s at Lit and J and I were just talking about her band last night, bc she’s been trying to get J to come out to a show.  Wake up this morning to this post on Nylonmag.com.  I’m actually curious to see how the campaign will turn out.  Though the DKNY ads have always been pretty urban, they’re clearly very commercial.  It’ll be interesting to see if the treatment of ads will be different with Harley modeling (as in a terry richardson/vice/nylon kind of look).
