After a seven-year absence, the legendary dance promoters of Respect have returned to New York City with Été D’Amour, a weekly throwdown at the recently opened, buzzed-over venue Santos Party House. With a summer lineup that already boasts Moby, the Juan Maclean, and Dave 1 of Chromeo, the Parisian crew more than makes up for lost time with its latest party, a collaboration with Le Jean De and Made Event. Tonight, Été D’Amour hosts the Rapture DJs, who light up Santos’ impressive sound system with old-school disco, hip-hop, and current dance bangers, while Dominique (from Plant Music) kicks things off.
