But in all seriousness… 3 years ago a chef friend of mine took me to this chef convention/afterparty as a “networking tool”. He basically knew I would go up to awesome chefs and just start talking to them, not knowing who they were… and then have to introduce him. Sam Mason was one of them. Actually… the most memorable. We talked for a bit about his tattoos and then I left him and my friend to their food talk. Mad cool guy.
