LOVE this mention of Small Girls on PR Couture’s Style X recap at SXSW, with our client Tortoise & Blonde. :)
“I especially enjoyed spending time with Tortoise & Blonde Eyewear, started by a father-son team and favored by the indie music set and getting to meet Bianca Caampued of Small Girls PR, who was on hand to help facilitate media inquiries, interviews and client support. “
♥ We got our clients’ backs fo sho. #playhard #workharder

Anxiety + Fantasy + Intuition = Fashion
We’ve been promoting this since Fashion Week & she’s finally here. Read about it…..
For more than a decade, Style.com has brought you deep into the world of fashion. Now, the second issue of Style.com/Print takes you closer than ever before: Behind Closed Doors. The magazine’s writers and photographers have sought out the most exciting young talents and most influential industry leaders in the private spaces and places where the fashion dream is created: the Chinatown studios in New York, concept shops in London, luxe palazzi in Milan, and baroque salons in Paris. The magazine charts the highs and lows of this often turbulent season, the moments that made it memorable, and the irresistible fashions and accessories soon to be on offer. With a cast ranging from Joseph Altuzarra to Alber Elbaz, J.W. Anderson to Karl Lagerfeld, this is the first view and the last word on Fall 2012.
Style.com/Print is available at select newsstands, but the best way to guarantee a copy is to order one here. Most content from the magazine is not available in digital form. CLICK HERE to discover some of the issue’s highlights.

Anxiety is in! I’m so on trend right now.
But in all seriousness, love the new Style.com print issue.
How do we explain Bianca? On her Banters’ bio, she’s “a not so secret secret ninja posing as a stylist… astronaut” - but we like to sum her up as the rambunctious smaller half of the already petite PR duo Small Girls. Since there’s no one on Banters with more experience breaking hearts and partying until dawn, we saved her interview for a Friday…
Banters asked me some questions. I answered.

“DJing” again tomorrow night. I will mostly be dancing next to Mallory while she DJ’s and I suggest songs to play.
A friend spotted me in Oberhofer’s Personal Road Album (Part II) on Spin.com…
#SXSW12
As seen in the NY Times, Elle.com, NY Mag, Time Out NY… This past Friday we launched the much buzzed-about Audrey Grace Pop-Up Boutique, debuting over 40 exclusive looks by top NYC designers, featuring live sets by tween girl sensation SUPERCUTE! and female DJ duo The Jane Doze, as well as 200 art pieces commissioned especially for the boutique.Notable guests included Oscar-winner & screenwriter of Precious, Geoffrey Fletcher, who came by the boutique for costume inspiration for his new film, as well as our fashion blogger BFFs Jamien Sfetko & Sara Zucker and digital directors from Lucky’s Caroline Waxler to Teen Vogue’s Jen Talley.
Penfolds(RED) kept the wine flowing & Societe Perrier provided the sparkling water to quench the thirst of girls manically trying on dress after dress. Elaborate Marie Antoinette-themed party hats lined the treats table, presenting Magnolia Cakes that read “Audrey” and “Grace” as well as pastel candies of every variety. Blow Up! decked the halls with roses, turning the empty gallery space into a pastel fairyland for all partygoers to revel in.
Check out the rest of the photos from the party by Guest of a Guest on our facebook page!
We did it!
We threw a party last week. I didn’t get any cake. :( But I did get icing, thanks to Leigh.

I love this HTDA song.
Also (since I apparently relate everything to relationships or whatever now), Mariqueen and Trent are the couple I idealistically want to be. I just want to find my Trent Reznor. Not that I sing or anything and want to be in a band with whoever I’m dating, but there’s this idea of being with someone that you can form a team with… that’s all I want in life. Someone who gets me and who I can collaborate with, work on things together, work on things separately but have their support and give them support, share things with, and mutually love wholeheartedly.

Gotye- The Only Thing I Know
Got to see Gotye on Sunday at Terminal 5 with Tortoise & Blonde! This video is not from that night (this was, though), but it IS however the reason why I am in love with him.
Everyone’s been obsessed with Gotye because of Somebody That I Used to Know. Valid.
I however, love him after discovering this video (though so late in the international game), after falling into a Gotye youtube hole. I think it goes unsaid as to why, if you read my piece for HAW… or follow my blog in general, but I’ll say it anyway.
Tall. Skinny. Drummer. And he’s just a super amazing musician in general.
<3 Ugh why is this so good. WHY?
Also can someone please just throw me a frickin’ bone (or I guess drum stick) here and find me a (single) boy who fits the above requirements?

Lessons from SXSW: 8 Things I’ve Learned About Dating Rockstars
I wrote a thing! For a thing!
I read the How About We blog religiously (IT’S SO GOOD), so you can imagine how excited I was when they reached out to me asking if I would write for them. OMG REALLY? Is it because I’m funny? Is it because I love going on dates? Is it because I have so many sad yet interesting stories about boys on my blog? :-/ womp womp
Anyway, for my first post, I wrote this thing about boys in bands and dating… or something.
Read it. But don’t read into it too much… (take lesson #7).
